You must choose Post Renovation/ Construction cleaning when any type of renovation work or painting work has been done in the property. Post reno cleaning includes removal of paint spots from the floor and also removal white powder dust. We highly recommend getting DUCT CLEANING combo package for effective post renovation cleaning.

Post Renovation/Construction Inclusions-

Washrooms:

– Cabinets inside-out: must be empty

– Standing shower glass and Tile walls included. However, grouts are extra and can be booked under “GROUTING” service.

-Toilet Bowl, sink, vanity, mirror, floors

– Tile grouting is not included. It can be booked under “GROUTING” service.

Kitchen:

– Appliances inside (refrigerator, oven and microwave): must be empty

– Counter top, sink, floor included

– Back wall behind stove included

– Cabinets inside-out: must be empty

– Backsplash cleaning included. However, grouts are extra and can be booked under “GROUTING” service

– Exhaust-fan hood included

Whole House Dusting:

Dusting of switchboards, doors, doorknobs, baseboards, furniture, tabletops, counter tops

Bedrooms:

Vacuuming, Moping, windows, dusting

Baseboards:

Included

Windows:

Cleaned from inside by removing the nets if there are.

(Windows molds will not be covered, can be booked under additional hours. Steamer will be used for the moulds, let us know while booking the cleaning)

Furniture:

Light furniture can be moved by the cleaner to clean. Client can move the heavy furniture for the cleaner to clean 

Rugs/Big heavy carpets:

Will be vacuumed on top. Client can remove it to get the cleaning from under the rug

Blinds:

Extra. Please select it under the add on

Light fixture/ Ceiling fans:

Extra. Please select it under the add on

Vents:

Extra. Please select it under the add on
(Also, covered under our deep duct cleaning service)

Walls:

Extra. Please select it under the add on.

Garage:

Garage vacuum is extra. Please select it under the add on.

Additional notes:

-For any type of organizing, room or cupboard setting, laundry running/folding, dishwashing:

Please book separately on hourly basis.

-Please provide stepping stool/ladder for cleaning higher areas.

Terms & Conditions: 1.No hire policy: While agreeing to the Terms of Service, you are agreeing to not solicit or hire our registered professionals directly. If you are found to have solicited one of our registered professionals, you would be liable to pay referral fee of $2000 immediately upon employing our crew member. The professionals would also be terminated to have worked with you, immediately, as this is a breach of their own Non-Solicit Agreement. 2.The prices are based on the information choose by the user. If such information does not coincide with the actual condition, the quotes are subject to change, and you will be informed about the revised quote and if the customer does not agree to the quote he/she can cancel it and visiting charges will be deducted between the range of (30 $-50$) depends on the service choose by the customer. 3.Advance: The client is required to pay 30 percent advance while booking the appointment and this amount will be adjusted towards the total bill in the final invoice. 4.Return policy: You can cancel the appointment anytime 48 hours before the scheduled time. 3% service charge will be deducted and the remaining balance of the advance amount will be refunded. You can reschedule the appointment any time before 24 hours of the scheduled time without any fee. 5.The contractors/workers are all verified, and back-ground checked, however, Kepsten Inc. is not liable for any theft, damages, injuries or loss of life that may be directly or indirectly caused by the contractor/worker. 6.To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the particular amount of invoice (if proven guilty). 7.Satisfaction Guarantee: We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee for our service. After completion of the service, the client would be provided to inspect the work. Once the form has been signed, no complaints would fall under the guarantee period. If the client is not present in the house or office and is unable to inspect and sign the satisfaction form, the client would have a 12-hour time (after the completion of service) to do so. 8.Pricing can be changed time to time; there is no guarantee of fixed prices all the time. Only subscribed customers are eligible to get up to 30 percent of discounts on most of the services and percentage may vary service to service. 9.All these terms and conditions are subject to revisions and changes from time to time and will be applicable as soon as posted on our website. It is your responsibility to update yourself with changes. What We Don't Do

What We Don't Do

  • Move heavy furniture or lift heavy items (over 25 lbs).
  • Outside windows are additional service and it is a separate service
  • Clean excessively moldy areas.
  • We love pets! But for the safety of our staff, we won’t enter homes with barking/aggressive dogs unless they are properly restrained (all sizes of dogs).
  • Use toxic chemicals you supply unless approved beforehand (we’re fine with using your non-toxic cleaners).
  • Clean plasma TV’s, computer screens or equipment, except for dusting tops.
  • Clean human waste, pet waste or cat litter – if you want us to clean area soiled by your pet, you must remove any waste before we arrive.
  • For their own safety,  cleaners are not allowed to move large things or lift more than 25 pounds.
  • If there are any precious, irreplaceable, or delicate decorations (or other items) that you do not want us to touch, please remove or mark them.
  • We also tell our cleaners not to clean fragile or easily damaged goods like crystal, antique collections, or paintings and artwork that aren’t protected by glass.
