Choose regular cleaning for routine upkeep or deep cleaning for areas needing extra attention. Cleaning products and cloths are included. Please provide a working vacuum, mop and bucket suitable for your floors.

CHOOSE YOUR CLEANING TIME

This is an hourly service. Select any package based on your cleaning needs, budget and priorities.

Regular cleaning generally covers more areas within the same time. Deep cleaning takes longer because scrubbing, detailed work and buildup removal require extra attention.

Package recommendations are a guide—not a minimum booking requirement or a guarantee that every room and task will be completed. You can request regular cleaning, deep cleaning or a combination, such as regular cleaning throughout with extra attention to the kitchen and bathrooms.

For larger homes or more extensive deep cleaning, choose the largest package and request additional time if needed. Extensions require your approval and your cleaner’s agreement and availability; they are not guaranteed. Alternatively, choose an available flat-price cleaning option and review its included scope.

SHARE YOUR PRIORITIES IN THE APP

Once your cleaner is assigned, please send your task list in the Kepsten app chat. Specify whether you want regular cleaning, deep cleaning or a combination. List your most important tasks first and attach photos where helpful.

Please record any changes to your priorities in the chat so you and your cleaner have a clear record.

BEFORE CLEANING STARTS

Your cleaner will review your requests with you, check the available vacuum and mop, and estimate the time needed.

If your requests need more time than you booked, you and your cleaner will agree on which tasks to prioritise. Some rooms or tasks may remain unfinished.

Your booked cleaning hours start when cleaning begins. No additional hours will be added without your approval.

WHAT CAN BE CLEANED?

Regular cleaning:

• Kitchen countertops, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors.

• Bathroom toilets, sinks, mirrors, tubs and showers.

• Dusting accessible surfaces.

• Vacuuming and mopping floors using your equipment.

Deep cleaning:

• More detailed kitchen and bathroom scrubbing.

• Additional attention to grease, soap residue and surface buildup.

• Cabinet fronts, doors, handles, switches and reachable baseboards.

• Oven, refrigerator and accessible cabinet interiors, when requested and prioritised within your booked hours.

TIME GUIDE FOR DEEP CLEANING

• One bathroom: approximately 1 hour.

• One full kitchen, including interior and exterior cleaning tasks: approximately 2–3 hours.

These estimates are for one cleaner. Actual time varies with size, condition and requested tasks. Regular cleaning usually takes less time. Allow additional time for other rooms and floors.

SAVE TIME BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Have your vacuum, mop and bucket ready. Please ensure the vacuum works and its bag or dust container has space.

Removing food and belongings from areas you want cleaned leaves more time for cleaning. Your cleaner can help clear these areas within your booked hours, but this uses time. Items will only be discarded with your approval.

Electricity and running water must be available.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Cleaning helps remove dirt and surface buildup. Permanent stains, discolouration, scratches, worn finishes and some stubborn buildup may remain. A spotless or like-new finish is not guaranteed.

Your cleaner will discuss visible concerns before starting. Some limitations may become apparent during cleaning.

NOT INCLUDED

Vacuum, mop or bucket supply; exterior cleaning; steam cleaning; carpet or upholstery shampooing; moving heavy furniture or appliances; post-construction cleanup; and mould removal or remediation.

Please allow for the estimated arrival window shown in your booking, usually 1–2 hours. Traffic, an earlier appointment or unexpected issues may affect arrival.
