CHOOSE YOUR CLEANING TIME

This is an hourly service. You can select any package based on your budget, cleaning needs and priorities. Our home-size recommendations are a guide—not a minimum booking requirement or a guarantee that every room and task will be completed.

For selected rooms or a custom task list, choose the package that suits your priorities.

If your home is larger than the suggested size ranges, you can choose our largest hourly package and request additional time if needed. Extensions require your approval and your cleaner’s agreement and availability; they are not guaranteed. Alternatively, choose our flat-price cleaning option and review its included scope before booking.

SHARE YOUR PRIORITIES IN THE APP

Once your cleaner is assigned, please send your task list in the Kepsten app chat. List the rooms and tasks you want cleaned, with your most important priorities first. Photos can help explain areas needing extra attention.

We prefer requests in writing so you and your cleaner have a clear record. Please also record any changes to your priorities in the chat.

BEFORE CLEANING STARTS

Your cleaner will walk through your home with you, review your task list and estimate the time needed.

If the requested work needs more time than you booked, you and your cleaner will agree on which tasks to prioritise. We work within your booked hours; some rooms or tasks may remain unfinished.

Your booked cleaning time starts when cleaning begins. No additional hours will be added without your approval.

TIME GUIDE

• One bathroom: approximately 1 hour.

• One full kitchen, including interior and exterior cleaning tasks: approximately 2–3 hours.

These estimates are for one cleaner. Actual time may be shorter or longer depending on size, condition, buildup and the tasks requested. Allow additional time for bedrooms, living areas and floors.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The following tasks can be prioritised within your booked hours:

• Kitchen: Countertops, backsplash, sink, stovetop, appliance exteriors and cabinet fronts.

• Kitchen interiors: Inside the oven, refrigerator, and accessible cabinets and drawers.

• Bathrooms: Toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, mirrors and fixtures, with attention to surface buildup.

• Bedrooms and living areas: Dusting accessible surfaces and wiping doors, handles, switches and reachable baseboards.

• Floors: Vacuuming carpets and rugs, and vacuuming and mopping hard floors.

• Supplies and equipment: Cleaning products, cloths, vacuum and mop.

SAVE TIME ON YOUR CLEANING

We recommend removing food and personal items from areas you want cleaned, including the refrigerator, cabinets and drawers.

Your cleaner can help clear these areas within your booked hours. This uses cleaning time and may leave less time for other tasks. Please identify what should be kept or discarded; items will only be discarded with your approval.

Electricity and running water must be available.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Deep cleaning helps remove dirt, grease and surface buildup. Permanent stains, discolouration, scratches, worn finishes and some stubborn buildup may remain. A spotless or like-new finish is not guaranteed.

Your cleaner will discuss visible concerns and expected results before starting. Some limitations may become apparent during cleaning.

NOT INCLUDED

Exterior cleaning, steam cleaning, carpet or upholstery shampooing, moving heavy furniture or appliances, post-construction cleanup, and mould removal or remediation.

ARRIVAL WINDOW

Please allow for the estimated arrival window shown in your booking, usually 1–2 hours. Traffic, an earlier appointment or unexpected issues may affect arrival.
